Parties and roles

You are the data controller for the content you give Yora. Yora (operated by Mohammed Anabi, Berlin) is the data processor. This DPA takes effect the moment you create an account.

أنت المتحكم بالبيانات للمحتوى اللي تعطيه ليورا. يورا (يديرها محمد عنابي، برلين) هو معالج البيانات. هذه الاتفاقية سارية لحظة إنشاء حسابك.

Subject matter

Yora processes the content you type, speak, or connect from integrations (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Trello, LinkedIn, Notion, Slack, and others you enable). Processing serves one purpose: giving you back a personalized assistant that remembers.

يورا تعالج المحتوى اللي تكتبه أو تقوله أو تربطه من التكاملات (Gmail، Calendar، Drive، Trello، LinkedIn، Notion، Slack، وغيرها اللي تفعّلها). المعالجة لهدف واحد: تعيد لك مساعداً شخصياً يتذكر.

Sub-processors

Anthropic (Claude model, US) for AI responses. OpenAI (Whisper and embeddings, US) for voice transcription and memory search. Supabase (Postgres + Auth, EU region) for storage and authentication. Resend (EU) for transactional email. Vercel (US + EU) for hosting. ElevenLabs (US) for text-to-speech.

Where your data lives

Your primary data (memories, conversations, integration tokens) lives in Supabase EU. Some sub-processors (Anthropic, OpenAI) operate from the US. When Yora sends your content to them to generate a response, the transfer uses Standard Contractual Clauses.

بياناتك الأساسية (الذكريات، المحادثات، رموز التكاملات) تعيش في Supabase EU. بعض المعالجين الفرعيين (Anthropic, OpenAI) يعملون من أمريكا. لما يورا ترسل محتواك لهم، النقل يتم حسب البنود التعاقدية المعيارية.

Your rights

Access, export, and delete everything from Settings. Write to privacy@yorame.de for anything the UI cannot do. Yora does not train AI models on your data. Your memories are used to serve your sessions only.

Security

Data at rest is encrypted (AES-256). Data in transit uses TLS 1.3. Row-level security isolates every user. Breaches are reported within 72 hours to privacy@yorame.de subscribers and to regulators where required.

Termination

Delete your account from Settings. All personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized analytics may be retained for product improvement.

احذف حسابك من الإعدادات. كل البيانات الشخصية تُحذف خلال 30 يوم. التحليلات المجهولة الهوية قد تبقى لأغراض تطوير المنتج.
